Looking to join a great crew?

Good people. Good work. No passengers.

At Setout, we reckon a good crew makes all the difference.

We work hard, back each other and take pride in getting the job done properly. That means turning up, knowing your stuff, pitching in when it counts and having a bit of a laugh along the way.

There are no big egos here. Everyone has a role to play and everyone gets stuck in. We expect a lot from our team, but we'll back you in return - with good gear, good systems, opportunities to learn and a crew that wants to see you do well.

We're growing and focussed on building a team of skilled people who care about their work and the people they're working alongside.
